Future check-out is paid at only the office call and 10% of the sick visit (for zero deductible) it's a wonderful way for clients to budget for future health care.
We also offer Wellness Plans that have various levels of care throughout the year and can be paid monthly to allow owners to provide the care they wish to w/out stress to their family.
