Promoitonal Offers: Terms and Conditions

Little Critters Veterinary Hospital currently offers two separate promotional programs. Eligibility and restrictions differ for each promotion.

1. $50 New-Client Examination Offer

New clients may receive $50 off their first examination when the appointment is scheduled with Dr. Banfield or Dr. Moore.

Eligibility and restrictions

• The offer is available only to new clients of Little Critters Veterinary Hospital.

• The discount applies only to the client’s first examination.

• The appointment must be scheduled with Dr. Banfield or Dr. Moore.

• This offer is not available for appointments with Dr. Patt.

• The offer is limited to one $50 discount per new-client household.

• The discount must be redeemed at the qualifying first examination.

• The discount cannot be applied to a previous visit, an existing balance, or services already provided.

• The discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged, or refunded.

• The discount may only be applied toward eligible veterinary services provided during the qualifying appointment.

• The offer cannot be combined with the new-client referral discount or another promotional offer.

2. $50 Client Referral Program

Current Little Critters Veterinary Hospital clients may refer a new client to the hospital

Under the referral program:

• The referred new client receives a $50 credit toward their first examination.

• The referring client receives a $50 credit on their Little Critters Veterinary Hospital account after the referred client completes and pays for the qualifying first appointment.

The referral program is available for appointments with any Little Critters Veterinary Hospital doctor, including Dr. Patt, Dr. Banfield, and Dr. Moore.

Referred new-client credit

• The referred individual must be a new client of Little Critters Veterinary Hospital.

• The new client must identify the referring client when scheduling the appointment or before completing the first visit.

• The $50 credit may be redeemed at the referred client’s first examination.

• The credit is limited to one $50 referral discount per new-client household.

• The credit cannot be applied to a prior visit, an existing balance, or services already provided.

• The credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged, or refunded.

• The referral credit cannot be combined with the separate $50 new-client examination offer or another promotional discount.

Referring-client credit

• The referring client must have an established Little Critters Veterinary Hospital account.

• The referring client’s $50 account credit will be issued only after the referred new client completes and pays for their first qualifying appointment.

• Cancelled, missed, or incomplete appointments do not qualify.

• The referring client may earn one $50 account credit for each qualifying new-client household referred.

• The credit may be applied toward eligible veterinary services at Little Critters Veterinary Hospital.

• The credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person or account, exchanged, or refunded.

• The credit cannot be applied retroactively to services already completed or balances already paid.

• Referral credits cannot be used to purchase retail products, medications, prescription diets, or third-party services unless specifically authorized by Little Critters Veterinary Hospital.

• Account credits may not be combined with another promotional discount on the same service unless approved by Little Critters Veterinary Hospital.

General Conditions

Promotional offers are subject to appointment availability and verification of eligibility.

Little Critters Veterinary Hospital reserves the right to determine whether a client, household, appointment, service, or referral qualifies for a promotional discount or account credit.

Little Critters Veterinary Hospital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue either promotional program at any time without prior notice.

Participation in either promotional program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
